He gave us almost daily updates on the progress of the project, including pictures when we weren’t present. He provided us with options at every step after carefully explaining the trade offs and providing his recommendations.
Bryant and his team dealt well with unexpected problems that arose (found rot, changes required to meet codes, etc.) with ease, always letting us know as soon as an issue presented itself and letting us know how he would handle it and outlining any additional costs along the way. All our neighbors were complimenting us and them on the great job they did.
